At Hive Tech, we once posted a job opening for 15 AI Engineer positions. To our surprise, we received nearly 250 applications—a clear sign of the growing demand for AI careers.
However, as we meticulously screened, interviewed, and evaluated each candidate, we made a shocking discovery: fewer than 5 candidates were truly skilled for the role.
Most applicants lacked fundamental AI knowledge, hands-on experience, and practical problem-solving skills. The booming AI hype had inspired many to apply, but without proper guidance, most faced rejection.
That’s when we decided to take action!
Seeing this gap, we launched Hex Academy—offering Live Workshops, Guest Lectures, and Online AI Courses to equip learners with practical skills and real-world expertise.
